1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Follow the return process outlined above.
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost (if available in stock).
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or allow you to select an alternative item of equal value.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
